By downloading, accessing, or using the Galia by Melon (”App”), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement and our Data Protection Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the functionality or availability of the App.

We will not be held liable for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

We are not responsible for the conduct of third parties who may use the App, including other users or retailers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of this Agreement.

We may modify this User Agreement from time to time. Any changes will be communicated through the App or email.

Continued use of the App after any such changes will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nigeria.
